Return and Refund Policy

  1. Customer needs to place the request at customer support within 15 days of delivery (Date of Delivery + 14 days) by clicking "Contact Kult Support" in profile section of the Kult app or by sending an email to [email protected] or any other method, as may be intimidated by Kult to you from time to time.
  2. Return request will not be accepted if request is placed on or after 16th day of delivery.
  3. Product has to be with original packaging including, price tags, labels, freebies offered by brand and other accessories if any.
  4. In case any freebie/gift is included as part of the order/item of an order, it has to be returned along with the originally delivered product(s).
  5. In case of any wrong product delivery issue, the delivered product should be in unused/unopened condition. In case of a wrong delivery issue at order level, the shipments to return with the original packaging of Kult.
  6. Return will not be accepted on any free products.
  7. Product(s) should not be damaged due to misuse/overuse by the customer.
  8. For all return requests including quality issues e.g. Product expiry, color, texture etc. customer needs to share the supportive images/videos to validate the request.  
  9. All Kult packages come with tamper-proof packaging. Please ensure that you do not accept packages where the seal is tampered. Acceptance of a tampered or damaged package will automatically disqualify you from any return claims for physically damaged/defective products, an incorrect product, or missing accessories.
  10. Products can be returned/replaced within the Return window if the Customer has received them in a condition that is physically damaged, has missing parts or accessories, are defective or different from their description on the product detail page (unless the Product purchased is an assorted product without any specified design details) on the Platform are of the wrong size, wrong color, or if wrong quantity is received.
  11. In the case of return, we process the refund/replacement once the product has been received and verified at our warehouse. Refund will be processed only when the product conditions as may be stipulated by Kult are fulfilled. It takes around 3-8 days for  orders  to reach back to our warehouse.
  12. In case of replacement, it will be subject to the availability of stock. In the case that a replacement may not be available, the full amount paid against the product(s) will be refunded.
  13. Post successful validations refunds are processed within 1-2 business days from our side and it takes 3-7 working days to reflect in the source account depending upon the banks and the financial institution. We do not make any cash refunds. Sometimes banks or financial intermediaries take a longer time to process the refund request. However, if the refund does not happen by the date advised, you may contact us and we would be happy to help.
