What will happen if I delete my account?

If you delete your account, you will permanently lose access to the account along with your order history and any other data associated with the account.

Product Information

Do you provide warranty/Expiry on your products?

Some of the products come with a manufacturer's warranty. The warranty/expiry  information can be found in the product description.

Are your products authentic?

Yes, we sell only authentic products from verified suppliers. We take great care to ensure that our products are genuine and of high quality.

Can I request a product that is not currently available on your App?

We cannot assure that we can fulfill all product requests, however we are always happy to hear from our customers and committed to do our best to accommodate your requirements.

How do I place an order on your App?

You can place an order on our App by logging in, adding items to your cart, selecting a payment method, and completing the checkout process.

What payment options do you offer?

We accept a wide range of payment methods, including credit/debit cards, UPI, online banking, digital wallets, EMI, and Pay Later. You can choose the option that works best for you at the checkout page.

Are you currently offering Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option for orders?

As of now, we are not offering COD as a payment option for orders. However, we may consider offering COD as a payment option in the near future.

Is there a minimum order value required to place an order?

No, there is no minimum order value required to place an order on our App. You can order as much or as little as you need.

How can I be sure that my online purchases are secure?

We offer a guarantee of security for your payment and information by using SSL technology and partnering with certified e-payment vendors to ensure the safety of your online purchases.

What should I do if money is deducted but my order is not placed?

In such cases, the deducted amount will be automatically refunded back to your account within 3-7  business days. If you have any concerns or issues, please reach out to our customer support team for further assistance.

How do I use a coupon code?

To use a coupon code, enter it during the checkout process on the app in the "Apply coupon" field. The usage of the coupon code is subject to the validity and eligibility of the customer.

What should I do if my coupon code doesn't work?

Double-check the expiration date and any terms and conditions associated with the coupon code. If the code still doesn't work, contact the customer support for assistance.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order before it has been shipped. To request the cancellation, kindly get in touch with our customer support team.

What if I used promo codes/discount vouchers/loyalty points while placing the order and I had to cancel it?

Promo codes/discount vouchers/loyalty points are intended for one-time use only and shall be treated as used even if you cancel the order.

How does the Delivery Process Work?

How does my order get packed?

We pack your order in safe boxes. Each product is safely wrapped while fragile items are safely secured with an additional wrap layer.

How much does shipping cost?

We're pleased to inform you that there are currently no shipping charges applicable to your order. For more details, please refer to our Terms of use policy.

Do you offer international shipping?

Unfortunately, we do not provide international shipping at this time.

What is the estimated delivery time for my order?

We strive to deliver orders in Mumbai within 1-2 days and in the rest of India within 3-5 days, excluding Sundays and public holidays. Please note that this is an estimated delivery time and may vary depending on the location and product availability and other circumstances. If you are ordering our products from a Mega Sale event, dispatches may be a bit delayed due to increased volumes.

How can I track my order?

You can track your order by logging into your account and viewing your order history. Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided for you to track your package.

Can I change my shipping address after my order has been placed?
