You can place an order cancellation request before your order is dispatched directly through the app. Simply follow these steps:
- Go to the Profile section.
- Select All Purchases.
- From the list, choose the order you wish to cancel.
- Tap on Cancel Order to proceed.
Please note, if your order has already been shipped, the Cancel Order option will not appear. Instead, you will see the Track Order tab. For any assistance, you may contact Kult Support, email us at cs@kult.app, or reach out through any other method as may be communicated by Kult from time to time.
