Cancellation Policy

You can place an order cancellation request before your order is dispatched directly through the app. Simply follow these steps:

Please note, if your order has already been shipped, the Cancel Order option will not appear. Instead, you will see the Track Order tab. For any assistance, you may contact Kult Support, email us at cs@kult.app, or reach out through any other method as may be communicated by Kult from time to time.

In case of any such order cancellation, the condition of promotional offer/campaign/free gifts if any in support to that will be forfeited.

In case if an order is dispatched and a customer is still contacted for delivery; cancellation will be considered only if the customer has refused to accept the delivery and the shipment has been marked Returned to Origin.

COD refund will not be applicable in the Cancellation scenario as it will not involve any cash transactions made by the customer before delivery.

In case if order or item/s is canceled due to any unforeseen circumstances e.g. stock availability, natural climatic conditions etc., the order or item/s will be canceled, and in case of prepaid order, full amount paid against the order or item/s will be refunded.

For prepaid orders, once the cancellation request is duly processed, refunds are initiated from our end, and it takes 3-7 working days to reflect in the source account. Depending upon the banks and financial institutions.

We do not make any cash refunds. Sometimes banks or financial intermediaries take a longer time to process the refund request. However, if the refund does not happen by the date advised, you may contact us, and we would be happy to help.
