Customer needs to place the request at customer support within 15 days of delivery (Date of Delivery + 14 days) by clicking Contact Kult Support in profile section from Kult app or by sending an email to cs@kult.app or any other method, as may be intimidated by Kult to you from time to time.
2. Return Window
Return requests will not be accepted on or after the 16th day from the date of delivery.
3. Product Condition for Returns
Product has to be with original packaging including price tags, labels, freebies offered by brand and other accessories if any.
4. Freebies and Gifts
If a freebie/gift was included as part of the original order/item, it must also be returned along with the product.
5. Wrong Product Delivery
In case of any wrong product delivery issue, the delivered product should be in unused/unopened condition. In case of a wrong delivery issue at order level, the shipment has to be returned with the original packaging of Kult.
6. Free Products
Returns will not be accepted on any free product provided by Brand/Kult.
7. Product Damage Due to Misuse
Product(s) should not be damaged due to misuse/overuse by the customer.
8. Quality Issues
For return requests, including quality issues (e.g., product expiry, color, texture, etc.), customers must provide supporting images or videos to validate the request.
9. Tamper-Proof Packaging
All Kult shipments are delivered in tamper-proof packaging. Please do not accept any package with a broken or tampered seal. Accepting a tampered or damaged package disqualifies you from return claims for physical damage, incorrect products, or missing accessories.
10. Return Eligibility
Products can be returned/replaced within the Return window if the Customer has received them in a condition that is physically damaged, has missing parts or accessories, are defective or different from their description on the product detail page (unless the Product purchased is an assorted product without any specified design details) on the Platform are of the wrong size, wrong color, or if wrong quantity is received.
11. Refund Processing
Refunds are processed only after the product has been picked up by our courier partner successfully. Your refund will be processed only when the product conditions, as may be stipulated by Kult, are fulfilled.
12. Prepaid Orders Refund
For prepaid orders, the refund is initiated to the original account. It may take 3–7 working days to reflect, depending on the bank or financial institution.
13. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders Refund
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund is made via bank transfer to the account details provided by the customer. The process also takes 3–7 working days, subject to the bank's processing timelines.
14. Replacement Policy
In case of replacement, it will be subject to the availability of stock. In the case that a replacement may not be available, the full amount paid against the product(s) will be refunded.
15. No Cash Refunds
We do not make any cash refunds. Sometimes banks or financial intermediaries take a longer time to process the refund request. However, if the refund does not happen by the date advised, you may contact us and we would be happy to help.
